Loved this! It was so creepy :D

(if video doesn't load, my YT channel is the same as my itch.io name, if you wanna watch me playing your game)

Is it possible to get a download of this? The browser version legit crashed chrome on me.

I really like this art style and horror atmosphere!

The only pity is that the game is too short. If the stranger could have some adjustment in ng+ maybe it will be more interesting .

Playing this game at midnight alone with my balcony doors wide open wasn't a good idea. I'm terrified 🥲

The game is really creepy. Short, linear, but very atmospheric.

Thanks! We're glad you enjoyed it!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game! The visuals were great and sent chills up my spine. Honestly the stranger is kinda cute! I kinda want to let him in lol

XD Thanks for playing!

This was genuinely scary and haunting! The audio modulation and usage of vfx and different sprites was so on point, I greatly enjoyed this!

As for criticism, I would've preferred if answer buttons appeared after the text finished, and maybe you can look more into UI theming in godot to avoid small things like the focus box briefly appearing after you press down on a button before you release.
But those are small points of note from a fellow Godot developer, from a game experience standpoint this was fantastic!! good job :3

Thanks for the feedback!

It's really cool how many Godot entries there ended up being!

lol I have a bad habit of glossing over UX/UI.

Having the answers appear after the dialogue finishes is a good idea and the focus state/box definitely needs to be styled out.

Very creepy and unsettling. I like the subtlety of it all!

Thanks for playing!

This was so creepy. Great job! I really liked the use of sound and visual effects. Small details like using code to stretch the character made the game feel more alive.

This kind of reminds me of one of the MLP infections. I love it ♥ I would love to see more if this

Thanks! We really appreciate it!

oh my god that was terrifying. I literally couldn't make myself look up at his(?) face sometimes ToT

The writing is phenomenal, and at some point I *almost* think the stranger is weirdly endearing but that's the lull right? the music also got me good with the wild and choppy cuts, and so was the lights flickering on and off.

Everyone did a wonderful job with this! Phenomenal work!
